1. The applicant should own private land. 1. The land area should be at least 0.25 hectares. 1. The land area should not exceed 4 hectares. 1. The applicant should have a strong interest in plantation activities. 1. The applicant should be from one of the following social categories - General, Scheduled Tribe, Scheduled Caste.
