1. The applicant should be a student. 1. The applicant should be from a Denotified, Nomadic, and Semi-Nomadic Community. 1. The applicant should be studying in Class 6th to 10th. The applicant should be eligible for the scholarship even if they have failed one year. The applicant should not need to reapply for renewal if they continue in the same category of classes (e.g., 6th to 8th or 9th to 10th).
