Step-5: Submit the complete application along with all certified documents to the Karnataka State Teachers&39; Welfare Fund office. Step-6: Request a receipt or acknowledgment from the Karnataka State Teachers&39; Welfare Fund office to whom the application has been submitted. Ensure that the receipt contains essential details such as the date and time of submission, and a unique identification number (if applicable).
