The worker&39;s membership with the Himachal Pradesh Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board must be active. 1. The child of the worker should be mentally retarded/disabled and dependent on the registered worker.

Step 2: In the form, fill in all the mandatory fields, paste a passport-sized photograph (signed across, if required), and attach copies of all the mandatory documents (self-attested, if required). Step 3: Submit the duly filled and signed registration form to the Labour Officer. A one-time registration fee must be paid at the office, and it will be valid for three years. After three years, the worker must visit the office to pay a renewal fee and submit proof of 90 days of work each year to maintain eligibility for benefits.
