Step 3: Submit the duly filled and signed application form along with a wage slip or appointment letter from the employer, verifying 90 days of construction work. If unavailable, a certificate from a local authority (such as a councilor, executive officer, or Panchayat Secretary) can be submitted to verify employment. Step 4: After submitting the documents and payment, the worker will receive an acknowledgment receipt confirming their registration.
