1. The applicant must be a resident of Himachal Pradesh. 2. The applicant must belong to the economically weaker section of society. 3. The applicant must be suffering from specified diseases such as Parkinson&39;s disease, Malignant Cancer, Paralysis, Muscular Dystrophy, Hemophilia, and Thalassemia, or chronic renal failure or any other disease that renders a person permanently incapacitated. 4. The applicant must not be a beneficiary of any other government-sponsored pension scheme.
