1. The applicants must be a resident of Himachal Pradesh state. 1. Such elderly persons whose age is 60 years or more and who do not have proper means of care/upbringing and who have minor children and whose family annual income from all sources does not exceed ₹ 35,000/- Or; 1. Such elderly persons whose annual family income from all sources does not exceed ₹ 35000/- are eligible for the scheme.

Step 2: Fill in all the mandatory fields, paste the recent passport-sized photograph (signed across), and attach copies of all the mandatory documents (self-attested). Step 3: Submit the duly filled and signed application form along with the documents to the concerned authority at: - Office of Panchayat - Tehsil Welfare Officer - District Welfare Officer.
