The applicant must be enrolled in a recognized course in a higher education institution in Haryana or Chandigarh. 1. The applicant must have obtained at least a Second Division in the qualifying examination. 1. For Rural Area Merit Scholarships, the applicant must have secured at least 40% marks in Matric/Higher Secondary (Final)/Pre-University Examinations. 1. The applicant must not be receiving any other merit-based scholarship, except for need-based scholarships from specific welfare boards. > Note: > Preference/Priority/Reservation/Relaxation: 1. One Ph.D./M.Phil. scholarship is exclusively tenable at Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. 1. Rural Area Merit Scholarships are limited to students whose parents permanently reside and earn their livelihood in rural areas.

Existing users can click on the login button. Step 2: Enter the Parivar Pehchaan Patra (Family ID), and a List of members will be displayed, Select your Name and Click on the "Generate OTP" button. Step 3: Enter the OTP received on your registered Mobile Number and Click on the "Verify OTP" button. Step 4: After OTP Verification, all the details get auto-filled in the Registration Form, and cross-check your information. Step 5: Select Your Department and College, create your Password, and click on the "Register" Button.
