The applicant can pursue higher education, professional/technical diploma/graduate/postgraduate, doctoral/post-doctoral level in the country and abroad. 1. There are no preconditions for income. 1. There are no preconditions of caste. 1. There are no preconditions for religion. 1. The scheme is applicable for studies in India and abroad.
