Brief Description
Under this scheme, unemployed persons will be assisted by way of providing financial assistance in form of subsidy for establishing dairy units of 4, 10, 20 & 50 milch animals like buffaloes, indigenous cows (Hariana, Sahiwal, Belahi, Red Sindhi, Tharparkar and Gir breeds only) and crossbred cows.

Eligibility Criteria
1. The applicant should be 18 to 55 years of age and a resident of Haryana. 1. The applicant must be unemployed (employment even in the private sector will bar an applicant from availing assistance under the Scheme). 1. There would be no mandatory educational qualifications or training requirements. 1. The applicant should have space/shed for keeping milch animals. 1. The applicant will have to submit a Self-Declaration for being unemployed and for undertaking to abide by other conditions as required under the Scheme. 1. The applicant applying for 20 and 50 animal dairy units must have 2-acre and 5-acre agricultural land for green fodder production respectively by way of ownership or long lease. 1. Any applicant who has earlier availed benefits under any Departmental Scheme for the establishment of livestock units will not be eligible for availing benefits under the Scheme. Note 1: Any applicant who has earlier availed the benefit of the Departmental Scheme for the establishment of a dairy unit below 20 milch animals that applicant will also be eligible for availing of benefit under the Scheme of Dairy unit of 20 and 50 mulch animals only. Note 2: In case an applicant lives at a place other than where the animals are kept or intended to be kept, than the jurisdiction area Government Veterinary Hospital will be the place where animals are kept or intended to be kept (Within state of Haryana only). > Margin Money for 4 and 10 Milch Animal dairy Units only (25 % Subsidy): The beneficiary will have to arrange margin money, as per bank requirements, rest of the amount will have to be arranged as a loan from banks. > Margin Money for 20 and 50 Milch Animal dairy Units only (Interest Subvention): The beneficiary will have to arrange margin money, which will be 25% of the Unit Cost ( Livestock Cost only) and the rest of the amount will have to be arranged as a loan from banks.

> Registration Process on Antyodaya-SARAL Portal: Step 01: Any eligible applicant shall have to apply online on the Official Portal- Antyodaya-SARAL Portal. <nis:link nis:type=webUrl nis:id=slugId nis:text="https://saralharyana.gov.in/" nis:value=https://saralharyana.gov.in/ nis:enabled=true/> Step 02: If the applicant is not registered on the portal, he/she gets registered there. Step 03: For registration, click “<nis:link nis:type=webUrl nis:id=slugId nis:text="New User" nis:value=https://saralharyana.gov.in/citizenRegistration.html nis:enabled=true/>” under ‘Sign In Here’ and fill in all the mandatory details i.e. Name, Email ID, Mobile Number, Password & State. Click on ‘Submit’. Step 04: Verify your mobile number and email ID through the received OTP and complete the registration process. > Login to apply for the scheme: Step 01: To avail the benefits of the scheme, visit the Official <nis:link nis:type=webUrl nis:id=slugId nis:text="Antyodaya-SARAL Portal" nis:value=https://saralharyana.gov.in/ nis:enabled=true/> and log in through the email ID used while registering. Step 02: Enter Password & Captcha and click on ‘Login’. Step 03: After successful login, click on ‘Apply for Services’ and then ‘View all Available Services’ Step 04: Now, you can search for the scheme and click on the scheme to go ahead and fill out the application form. Step 05: Enter your Parivar Pehchan Patra number- Family ID and click on “Click here to Fetch Family Data” which displays the family members registered under the given Family ID. Step 06: Select the beneficiary/applicant name and enter the OTP that is being sent to the selected family member for verification. Click on “Click to Verify” Step 07: Fill in all the mandatory details and upload all the mandatory documents. Step 08: Preview the application form and click on ‘Submit’. > Tracking of Application: Applicants can track his/her application through the Official <nis:link nis:type=webUrl nis:id=slugId nis:text="Antyodaya-SARAL Portal" nis:value=https://status.saralharyana.nic.in/ nis:enabled=true/> by entering their Department Name, Scheme Name, and Application Reference ID. > Selection of beneficiaries and sponsoring the case to Banks for sanction of loan: - The Deputy Director of the concerned district would examine the applications received on the portal on a first come first serve basis. Applications not found in order would be rejected with the comments on the portal. The applications found in order will be accepted and forwarded to the concerned Sub Divisional Officer within a period of three working days - The valid applications along with attached documents clearly indicating the required amount of loan would be sent to the concerned service provider area bank by the Sub Divisional Officer through Email with in a period of three working days in the format annexed as <nis:link nis:type=webUrl nis:id=slugId nis:text="Annexure-I" nis:value=https://pashudhanharyana.gov.in/sites/default/files/documents/Scheme%202023-24/HTDU%20Scheme.pdf nis:enabled=true/>.
