1. The applicant should be a Scheduled Caste 1. The applicant should be of 18 to 55 years of age. 1. The applicant should be a resident of Haryana 1. The applicant should be a Parivar Pehchaan Patra (PPP). 1. The applicant should not be employed even in the Private Sector/ Govt. /Semi Govt. Organizations. 1. There would be no mandatory educational qualifications or training requirements. 1. Any group/firm/organisation would not be permitted to apply under the Scheme, as the Scheme being individual beneficiary-oriented. 1.
