- Organizations such as Industrial Parks, SEZs, GIDC Estates, Investment Regions, and other registered estates can apply. - The applying entity must provide the land/building for the SUC. - The training partner must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in skill training. - The center must ensure the training of at least 180 candidates per year. - Employment placement of trainees must meet the set percentage criteria (60% in the first two years and 75% in the last three years).

Yes, the training center can be used as a service center for industry clusters and individual industries to maximize infrastructure and machinery utilization, creating a revenue generation model.
What is the process for selecting training partners under this scheme?
Training partners are empaneled by the Screening Committee based on eligibility criteria, experience, and compliance with the scheme’s requirements.
Are there any restrictions on batch size for training programs?
Yes, each batch must have at least 10 trainees, and batch sizes smaller than 10 are not permitted.
Can an entity that has received financial assistance from another government scheme apply for this scheme?
