> Eligible institution: - Institution/ Industrial Association / Professional Bodies which are recognized by CSIR / DSIR and legal entity such as company, partnership firm including LLP, society, trust, industrial co-operative society, or proprietary concern engaged or about to be engaged in the manufacture, production, processing or job work of articles. <br> > Eligible Activities: - Setting up / establishing an R&D Centre with the sole objective of undertaking scientific, industrial, and/or technological research and development. - Setting up / establishing a Product Development Centre with the objective to improve the designs, process, working operations, etc.

Step-1: The R&D institution must apply to the Industries Commissionerate in the <nis:link nis:type=webUrl nis:id=slugId nis:text="prescribed format" nis:value=https://ic.gujarat.gov.in/documents/commondoc/2023/2.%20CLAIM%20APPLICATION%20FORM%20SCHEME%201.pdf nis:enabled=true/>, along with all necessary <nis:link nis:type=webUrl nis:id=slugId nis:text="documents" nis:value=https://ic.gujarat.gov.in/documents/commondoc/2023/1.%20CLAIM%20CHECKLIST%20SCHEME%201.pdf nis:enabled=true/>. Step-2: The office of the Industries Commissioner will scrutinize the proposals to ensure compliance with the scheme&39;s eligibility and guidelines. Step-3: The proposals will be presented to the State Level Empowered Committee (SLEC) for review and approval. Step-4: Upon approval by SLEC, the reimbursement of the sanctioned assistance will be processed, and the claim will be disbursed by the office of the Industries Commissioner. <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br>

Copy of Registration of the Institution/Industry/Enterprise/Academia/Professional Body issued by the competent authority along with MoM/AoA filed with the competent authority. Copy of CSIR/DSIR Recognition Letter. CA Certificate . CA certified Expenditure Statement . Project Progress Report along with the details of milestones achieved, outcomes of R&D proposed, details of asset creation, benefit to the society, benefit to the industries, details of patent filed/granted, details of international/national publications, impact analysis of the R&D, and other relevant details related to the project. Employment details of technically qualified manpower . Project Completion Certificate (PCC) . Copy of Electricity Bill. Copy of Valid Insurance Policy. Copy of GPCB Consent (if applicable). Proof regarding separate books of account maintained and separately identifiable fixed capital investment made as per the provision of the scheme. Bank details/cancelled cheque for assistance to be received under this scheme. Details of Third Party Quality Assurance (TPQA) Agency along with appointment letter and agreement (if applicable). Copy of PAN Card. Notarized undertaking for fulfilment of the conditions mentioned in the sanction letter along with copy of relevant board resolution/competent authority in prescribed format.
