Eligibility Criteria

- The applicant must be a domicile of Gujarat. - The applicant must be minimum 14 years of age as per labour law for non-hazardous occupations. - The applicant must be maximum 59 years of age for Short Term Training. - The applicant must be maximum 65 years of age for Special Projects. - The applicant must be looking for fresh skills, reskilling, or upskilling opportunities for Short Term Training. - The applicant must be out of education, school/college dropout, or unemployed youth for Short Term Training. - The applicant must belong to marginalized, vulnerable groups requiring special attention or specific job roles for Special Projects. > Eligibility for Special Projects The applicant must belong to one of the following categories: Jail Inmates, Former Prisoners, Juvenile homes, Scheduled Castes, Women, Members of the Transgender Community, Members of the Beggar Community, Senior Citizens and Old age homes, Patients recovered from Mental illness, Children in Shelter Homes and Orphanages, Scheduled Tribes, Economically Backward Communities, Persons with Disabilities, Rural Artisans, or Migrant Workers.

Verify your mobile number through OTP sent via SMS and verify email address through verification link. - Login to your registered account using credentials and complete your detailed profile including personal information, educational qualifications, employment status, and contact details. Upload a recent passport-size photograph in JPEG format with maximum file size of 100kb. Step 2: Selection of Scheme, Job Role, and Training Center - Navigate to the SAKSHAM - KVK 2.0 scheme section and select the appropriate training category - either Short Term Training or Special Projects based on your eligibility and requirements. Browse through the available NSQF/GCVT aligned job roles listed on the portal. - Select your preferred job role based on your interest, aptitude, and career objectives from the available options in your district/taluka. - View the list of empanelled Implementation Partners and their Saksham Centers in your preferred taluka/village location. - Select your preferred training center based on location convenience and course availability. Step 3: Filling Application Form and Document Upload - Fill the comprehensive application form with mandatory fields including personal details, educational background, employment history, family information, and preference details. Ensure all information is accurate and matches with supporting documents. - Upload all required documents in PDF format with maximum file size of 2MB per document. Ensure documents are clear, legible, and properly scanned with all four corners visible. Step 4: Application Review and Submission - Review all entered information and uploaded documents for accuracy and completeness. Make necessary corrections if required and submit the application form. Note down the application reference number for future tracking. - Receive application submission confirmation message on registered mobile number and email address. Training batches operate from earliest 7:00 AM to latest 7:00 PM with minimum 4 hours and maximum 8 hours per day. You must adhere to the specific batch timings assigned to you.
