Step 2: In the application form, provide all the mandatory details, and attach copies of all the mandatory documents (self-attested, if required). Step 3: Submit the duly filled and signed application form along with the supporting documents to the District Registrar&39;s Office. Step 4: Request a receipt or acknowledgement from the concerned authority to whom the application has been submitted.

- Application of the association for getting assistance. 2. Copy of registration certificate of the association. 3. Certified copy of the resolution of the prescribed form of the association to get assistance under MNR-10 scheme and to accept the terms and conditions of MNR-10 scheme. 4. Name, caste (general, scheduled caste, scheduled caste) of the association, land holdings and members' caste/unscheduled caste Certificate from the competent authority (except for general purpose) of being a tribal. 5. Certified copy of the final rough survey of the village. 6. Original copy of the plan/estimate of the project with the signature and stamp of the Executive Engineer/N.K.E of the District Panchayat and the technical approval of the Executive Engineer. 7. Certificate from the competent officer of the Irrigation Department regarding the feasibility of the project. 8. Certificate from the Government Engineer that the project estimate is supported by a valid SAR of the Public Works/Irrigation Department. 9. Water survey from river, canal, creek To obtain a copy of the written permission order of the Government's Irrigation Department for a period of 10 (ten) years. 10. The cooperative societies selected for the well/bore should submit the permission order of the Water Resources Development Department or a certificate from the competent authority stating that there is no proper well/bore available near the command extension. 11. How will the society raise the remaining amount required for the project apart from the assistance received under the scheme? Annual report of the scheme. 12. Gross area of total irrigation covered in all three seasons i.e. Fall, Winter and Summer. and Annual report of assistance available on the basis of gross area. 13. Copies of 8-A extract of the land of the members coming under the command area of the scheme. 14. Written consent/rent agreement of the farmer/member for the use of the land of any farmer member for the scheme work (on stamp paper of Rs. 300/-) 15. Scheme registration form.
