The program must be related to literature, education, or cultural discourse. 1. The institution must use the Gujarati language in all materials (alongside any other language). 1. The event must clearly acknowledge Gujarat Sahitya Academy through logos and name placement. 1. The program must involve a minimum 5 speakers. 1. All payments above ₹5,000/- must be made through banking channels only (RTGS/NEFT/Cheque).
