Eligibility Criteria
1. The applicant must be a resident of Gujarat. 1. The applicant must be a student, guardian or heir of the student. 1. The applicant must be studying in any university, government college, non-government college, Gram Vidyapeeth GBTC college, or technical education institute within Gujarat. 1. The student should have died in an accident or permanent disable. 1. The death must have been due to natural cause or suicide.

Application Process
Step 1: The interested applicant should visit the college and request a hard copy of the prescribed format of the application form from the staff exclusively entrusted to issue and collect filled-in applications. Step 2: In the application form, fill in all the mandatory fields, and attach copies of all the mandatory documents (self-attestted, if required). Step 3: Duly filled and signed application form along with the documents send it to the office of the commissioner of Higher Education through the college in which you are studying.
