Gujarat Chief Minister Shri Vijay Rupani here today announced the Atal ‘Screening of Newborn for Enhancement of Health’ (SNEH) Yojna to be started in the state from the former Prime Minister Atal Behari Vajpayee’s birthday on December 25, 2016.

1. Visit the nearest Anganwadi Centre or District Child Protection Officer office and obtain the application form. 2. Fill out the application form with all the required details and attach the necessary documents such as birth certificate, income certificate, and Aadhar card. 3. Submit the application form along with the documents to the Anganwadi Centre or District Child Protection Officer's office. 4. The application will be verified by the officials and the eligible applicants will be selected for the scheme. 5. The selected applicants will be provided with the benefits under the scheme.
