Applicants for the Ph.D. Course should have secured at least 55% marks or equivalent grade in relevant Master’s Degree. 1. Applicants for the Master’s Degree Course should have secured at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade in a relevant Bachelor’s Degree. 1. The applicant should be below 30 years old as of the cutoff date. 1. The applicant’s total family income should not exceed ₹8,00,000/- per annum.

Application Process

Step 2: In the application form, fill in all the mandatory fields in English/Hindi (block letters). Paste the passport-sized photograph (signed across, if required) and attach copies of all the mandatory documents (self-attest, if required). Step 3: Send the hard copy of the duly filled and signed application form along with the copies of the required documents to the Department for Welfare of SC/ST/OBC, Vikas Bhavan, New Delhi. > Post-Application Processes Step 1: The applications received within the deadline will be reviewed for eligibility and placed before the Selection Committee. The shortlisted candidates may be called for a personal interview. In case of a tie, preference will be given to the older candidate (as per the date of birth in the Secondary School Certificate). Step 2: Upon selection, the first installment is released after admission confirmation. Subsequent installments require progress reports.
