Step 2: The recommended application should be sent to the Janpad Panchayat for approval and then forwarded to the District Panchayat (Agriculture Standing Committee) for final approval. Step 3: After approval, the District Officer should direct the selected beneficiary to purchase the breeding male pig from a government pig rearing center or locally. Step 4: The purchase should be physically verified by the Sarpanch, Urban Councillor, local Veterinary Assistant Surgeon, and Assistant Veterinary Field Officer. The verified bill and Panchayat fee receipt (if applicable) should be submitted to the District Officer. Step 5: Upon successful verification, the District Officer should transfer the prescribed grant amount to the beneficiary’s bank account and notify the beneficiary.
