Brief Description
The "Death Assistance" scheme provides financial assistance to the legal heir in the case of natural death or accidental death of the registered worker. If the death occurs during a disaster and a grant has already been given by Disaster Management, only ₹1,00,000/- will be payable by the Board.

The worker&39;s membership with the Welfare Board must be active at the time of death. 1. The only person who is a legal heir/dependent family member of the deceased registered worker is eligible to apply under the scheme.
