Aadhaar Verification - The applicant&39;s Aadhaar number is verified digitally to confirm identity and eligibility. Batch Formation - A training batch is formed comprising a minimum of 20 and a maximum of 40 candidates. Approval by the Corporation - Upon successful formation and verification of the batch, the Bihar State Backward Classes Finance and Development Corporation grants formal approval for the commencement of training.
