Centre Visit and Registration - The applicant should personally visit the nearest Skill Development Centre (SDC) for document verification and registration assistance. > Application Process for the Skill Development Centres Candidate Identification - Local SDCs identify eligible candidates from the Backward Class (BC) and Extremely Backward Class (EBC) categories through community outreach and awareness activities. Document Collection and Upload - All required documents are collected from the candidate and uploaded to the BSDM portal by the SDC for record and processing. Aadhaar Verification - The applicant&39;s Aadhaar number is verified digitally to confirm identity and eligibility. Batch Formation - A training batch is formed comprising a minimum of 20 and a maximum of 40 candidates. Approval by the Corporation - Upon successful formation and verification of the batch, the Bihar State Backward Classes Finance and Development Corporation grants formal approval for the commencement of training. Training Delivery - Certified trainers at BSDM-approved SDCs deliver domain-specific skill training under the prescribed curriculum. Attendance and performance are monitored digitally.
