Application Process

Step 4: Physical Submission to Institution Submit the printed application form along with necessary copies of certificates and testimonials to the Registrar, Principal, or Head of the Institution where currently enrolled for verification and forwarding. Step 5: Institutional Verification and Forwarding The Registrar, Principal, or Head of the Institution will collect, verify, and submit the hard copies of online forms along with all relevant certificates and testimonials under their seal and signature to the Directorate of Higher Education, Assam, Kahilipara, Guwahati - 781019. Step 6: Selection Process The selection committee will evaluate applications strictly on the basis of merit in all cases and selection will be restricted as per budget allocation for the respective categories. Step 7: Benefit Disbursement Selected beneficiaries will receive scholarship amounts through Direct Benefit Transfer system directly to their registered bank accounts on a monthly basis. Applicants are advised to save a copy of the submitted application form and any acknowledgment received for future reference and correspondence with the implementing authorities.
