Step 3: Disbursement of Pensions The Project Director (DRDA) sends pension acquittance list and funds to Municipal Commissioners. The Municipal Commissioner issues cheques to Bill Collectors. The Bill Collector disburses pensions to pensioners in the presence of Ward members and DWCUA office bearers.
