• Original Marriage Invitation Card.
• Marriage Registration Certificate (if registered with the Marriage Officer).
• Affidavit attested by 1st Class Magistrate regarding the genuineness of the claim.
• Marriage must be after Registration of the beneficiary to claim assistance.
• Dependent Certificate (for brothers/sisters), issued by Naib Tehsildar/Tehsildar, confirming dependency and avoiding fraud.
