Brief Description
ISSS-PPCP is a State Sponsored Scheme by the Social Welfare Dept. of the Govt. of J&K wherein financial assistance is provided to Physically Challenged Person who have meager support or no source of livelihood. A pension of ₹1000 per pensioner per month is deposited into their bank account.

1. The age of applicant should be between 18 and 79 years. 1. The applicant should have severe or multiple disabilities with a disability percentage of at least 40%. 1. The income of the applicant should be less than ₹ 75,000/- per annum or the applicant should be from the "Below Poverty Line (BPL)" Category.
