1. The applicant should be a resident of the Union territory of Andaman & Nicobar Islands. 1. The applicant should be engaged in any building & other construction work. 1. The applicant should be registered under the A&N Islands Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board. 1. The applicant should have an active membership of the Board. 1. The son or daughter of the applicant/registered worker should be enrolled in any grade from Class I to Post Graduate Level/Professional Course.
